 Please be advised that due to the conflict between the amended sinking date (3 Nov) and the Inaugural Annual General Meeting date (4 Nov) at Birkenhead RSA coupled with insufficient support for the meeting it has been decided that it is pointless to proceed at this time and the meeting is CANCELLED.
